Debt effects 1 in 3 people in Britain. The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) has stated that work place stress is a major contribution to staff absence and a major factor is worry about personal finance as well as illness, death, divorce and work place bullying.
Corporate responsibilty for providing a safe working environment can involve EAP Employee Assistance Programs which covers most of the above mentioned stress issues within a telephone counselling structure, except debt which is a specialist area.
The Employee Debt Assistance Program enables employers to offer a confidential service to assist resolving debt issues in a confidential and ethical manner.

Employees can then:-

- log on to our website and ask an advisor to call for a confidential conversation
