Investigation into the “Death” of Integrity Financial Services Ltdposted on 25 December 2011 | posted in Announcement | ( 2 ) CommentsIt has come to my attention that there are some companies stating untrue facts regarding Integrity Financial Services Ltd. The two main areas are that :- 1. Integrity Financial Services Ltd is "dead" and is no longer trading. 2. Integrity Financial Services Ltd is being investigated by the OFT. FACT- Integrity Financial Services Ltd is alive and well and is still trading If I may address point 1 first. Integrity Financial Services Ltd (Company Number 06116602) IS very much ALIVE and is not only still trading but growing and expanding its business and is currently recruiting. Please call 01743 272900 if you would like to work with us. It most certainly not the "INTEGRITY" feature in episode 18/20 in BBC popular programme "Rip-Off Britain" aired on the evening 20th December 2011. However, there were companies called Integrity Financial Solutions Ltd (Company number 03525767) and Integrity Financial Solutions (UK) Ltd (Company number SC240456) who are in Voluntary Creditor Liquidation as a result of an investigation by the FSA (see http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Library/Communication/PR/2010/078.shtml ). These companies have nothing whatsoever to do with Integrity Financial Services Ltd! This is a matter of public record and can be confirmed by going to the companies house webcheck website (just google companies house webcheck ) FICTION- Integrity Financial Services Ltd is being investigated by the OFT Integrity Financial Services Ltd has never been investigated by the OFT. If you ever have any queries regarding an OFT Consumer Credit License holder you can call the OFT direct on 0207 211 8000 and ask for the Consumer Credit License enquiry line. You will be given 4 options choose option 4 (other enquiry). State the consumer credit license number and the OFT can confirm if the license is valid and whether it is being monitored by the OFT or not. By all means ring the OFT and check our license No 611806 If you hear any of the above rumours:- please make a note of the person and company that stated it and contact us immediately on 01743 272900. I am very pleased with the service from Integrity. They are understanding and always give the correct advice on my creditors and have advised how I should deal with them if they contact me. I can always call them if I have any issues regarding my creditors as it does get stressful sometimes but I knwo that I am heading in the right direction and will be debt free soon. Without their help I don`t know where I would be right now. Thanks Guys :-)
